Mrs. Frances St. Peter

St. Peter, Frances (nee. Derginski) Age 100, of Wind Lake passed away at Heritage Square in Greendale on June 2, 2010. She was born in Joliet, Ill on November 5, 1909, the daughter of the late Mary Ann and Vickory Derginski. She moved to Chicago at age 15 and at age 17 she married Gayton St. Peter Sr. whom preceded her in 1988. The couple moved to Peshtigo, WI, for much of their working life. They retired in 1963 to Wind Lake WI. Frances and her husband owned and operated a restaurant on 27th and Wells and she also worked at Red Star Yeast from where she retired. She was a member of Wind Lake Sr. Citizens and St. Clare Catholic Church. According to her family, she enjoyed gardening, spending time in the kitchen cooking and finding a winning game of BINGO! Two sons survive her: Gayton Jr. (Muriel) St. Peter and Ronald (Shirley) St. Peter. Six Grandchildren: Jeffory St. Peter, Dawn (Tim) Ball, Scott (Lynn) St. Peter, Michelle (Larry) Dettlaff and Thomas (Cari) St. Peter, fourteen Great-Grandchildren, Ten Great-Great-Grandchildren, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gayton Sr., Grandson: Greg, along with her Sisters and Brothers. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, June 8th, 2010, 11:00 AM at St. Clare Catholic Church, 7616 Fritz Street, Wind Lake, WI. Visitation in church 9-10:45 AM, Tuesday. Burial at Mt.
