Mrs. Blanche Gieryn

Gieryn, Blanche B., age 93, of Elkhorn (formerly of Waterford), passed away on February 16, 2014. Blanche was born on April 28, 1920 in South Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of the late Joseph and Jenny Rybarczyk. She spent her early life in South Milwaukee where she graduated high school. Blanche worked for Ace Foods in the cafeteria at MATC in Downtown Milwaukee for some time. She married John Wrobel and they had two children. Later in life she was married to Leonard W. Gieryn who passed away in 1992. Blanche is survived by two children: Jeffrey (Lynette) and Roger (Christine), grandchildren: Tracey (Patrick) Isler, Jason Wrobel, Shelby Wrobel and Ryan (Erin) Wrobel. She is further survived by many great, and great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Preceeded in death by her parents, Husbands John Wrobel and Leonard Gieryn. Services will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 12:00 noon in the Funeral Home with Deacon Carl Mahnke officiating. Visitation in the Funeral Home from 10:30-12:00 Noon.
