Evelyn Ann Woods

Woods, Evelyn Ann, of Waterford, passed away Friday, September 18, 2015 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee, at the age of 74. Evelyn was born on November 7, 1940 to Andrew and Mildred Schafer in Milwaukee. On May 7, 1960 she married the love of her life Dale Woods. They moved to Waterford in 1977 and have lived there since then.
Evelyn worked at K-Mart in Burlington for 10 years, crocheted baby hats for Love Inc., grew beautiful flowers in her garden, enjoyed cooking holiday meals where everyone went home with leftovers and loved taking pontoon boat rides on Lake Tichigan.
Evelyn is survived by her husband Dale Woods, her children; Steven (Margaret) Woods, Kristine (Christopher) Moon. She is further survived by her grandchildren; Rachael, Renee (Luke) Sanders, Amber, Dale, and her great grandchildren; Colton, Gracelyn, Brennen, Haili and Braylen.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; Andrew and Mildred Schafer, and her brother Raymond.
“She was loved by all, and will be missed by all!”
A private burial for the family has already taken place.
