Mrs. Irene A. Gierczak

Gierczak, Irene A., Age 81, of Wind Lake, passed away peacefully with family by her side on August 2, 2011. She was born in Wisconsin on June 13, 1930, the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (nee. Visonski) Bartkowski. She spent her early life in Milwaukee and on March 21, 1953 she married Edward S. Gierczak Sr. whom preceded her in death on March 1, 2009. They moved to Wind Lake in 1965. Four children survive her: Debra (Patrick) Grobe, Edward S. Gierczak Jr., Jennifer (Curtis) Wambach and Geraldine G. Gierczak. She is further survived by seven grandchildren: Stacy and Michael Grobe, Alexander and Ashley Wambach, Kyle, Trenton and Dylan Gierczak, other relatives and friends. Private inurnment will take place at a later date, alongside of her husband at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI.
