Mr. James Nelson "Jim" Frank

Frank, James Nelson “Jim” age 80, of Waukesha, (formerly Mukwonago) passed away at Season Hospice in Waukesha on Friday December 27, 2019. Jim was born in Milwaukee on May 14, 1939, where he graduated high school and continued his education in the Police Academy. Jim was a proud police officer for over 40 years, working for the Milwaukee Police Department, Montello, the Town of East Troy and retiring with the Village of Mukwonago as their Police Chief. On July 22, 1994 he married Margie May Dunnington who preceded him in death in 2013. Jim loved to fish and follow his favorite Wisconsin football teams, the Packers and Badgers.
Survived by children and stepchildren, grandchildren and step-grandchildren, a brother and a sister, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday January 3, 2020, from 1 - 2 PM in the Funeral Home. Services will begin at 2:00 PM with burial at Oakwood Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the ASPCA.
