Mr. James Ray Henry Sr.

Henry, James Ray Sr. Age 64 passed away at his residence in Waterford January 4, 2012. Born in SanDiego, CA on February 6, 1947 the son of the late Harold and Lorraine (nee.Besch) Henry. He was a graduate of Bradley Tech High School in Milwaukee. James proudly served his country in the Air Force and the Marines also working in the Marine Corps reserve for many years. James was a social worker in Wisconsin and also worked for the Wisconsin Corrections Department. His love was for the Bugle; he followed Drum and Bugle Corp competitions and also spent some time playing Bugle himself. He also loved spending time in Wisconsin up North areas enjoying the hunting and fishing seasons. Survived by two children: Kimberly (Tom) Sorum and James R. Henry Jr. Five Grandchildren: T.J., Tanner, Samantha, Taylor and Drew. Also survived by Sisters: Karen (David) Novacek, Brenda, Annie and Maxine, along with half – brothers Hank and Adrian, niece’s nephews, other relatives and friends. Proceeded in death by his parents, and one brother: Johnny. Services will be held this spring at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
