Strieter, John H. Sr. Age 70 of Wind Lake, Born to eternal life on Monday September 17, 2007. Beloved Husband of Ann (nee. Boelter) for 44 years. Greatest father of Sandra (Steven) Strelka, John Jr. James (Claudia), Lisa (Patrick Watson); a proud grandpa of Zachary, Cayita, Lynsey, Jacob, Samuel, Brandon and Nathan; caring godfather of Michael and Trudy; further survived by a sister, Norma; sisters-in-law Clara and Margo; and brother-in-law Walter Schulz; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by brothers Leary, George, James, Henry, Roger and sisters Gloria, Louise, Ethel, Dorothy and Marcella; He will be dearly missed by many. John proudly served his country in the Marines; He was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church where he was on the building committee along with many other duties including ushering. Mass of Christian Burial Friday September 21st 10:30 A.M. at St. Clare Catholic Church 7616 Fritz Street Wind Lake, Visitation in church 9-10:30.Burial following Mass at St. Thomas Cemetery-Waterford.
