Judy A. Carr

Carr, Judy A. (nee. Neitzel) Age 64 of Burlington formerly Kenosha Passed away at her residence with family at her side Wednesday April 4th. Judy was born in Elmwood Park Illinois on December 17, 1942. She spent her early life in Kenosha and was a graduate of Bradford High School and Gateway Technical College. On May 12, 1962 in Trinity Lutheran Church of Kenosha she married Robert J. “Bob” Carr Jr. whom survives her. Judy was a self employed Floral Shop owner in Kenosha and for the last 25 years in Waterford known as Carr’s Floral. She was a past member of the Kenosha Lioness and a present member of the Waterford Lioness. Husband Bob survives Judy, children: Mike (April), Debbie (Dean) Simmons & Paul. Also survived by seven grandchildren. Further survived by mother-in-law Dorothy Carr and sister-in-law Sharon (Buzzy) Meni, along with her siblings: Bob Neitzel Linda (Bud) Wedell, Terry Neitzel & Scott Neitzel, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services Tuesday April 10th at 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Visitation Tuesday 4-6:45.
