Mr. Paul Jacobson

Jacobson, Paul R. Age 86 of Waterford died at Memorial Hospital of Burlington January 6, 2009. Paul was born on the family farm in Waterford July 26, 1922 the son of the late Clarence and Mabel (nee. Rossum) Jacobson. Paul spent his whole life on the family farm as a farmer; he also spent much time flying and rebuilding airplanes along with owning Aero Enterprises and Hales Corners Airport. His favorite aircraft included the 92 Baker, and his 1940’s style canvas side Piper Clipper. On November 25, 1972 in Wauwatosa Paul married Dorothy A. Merrill. Survived by his wife Dorothy, Children: Mark (Regan) Jacobson and Carrie Jacobson. Also survived by a sister: Arla Bakken, Brothers: David (Jacky), Howard(Lois) and Donald(Joanne). Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Proceeded in death by his parents and one sister Ruth. Funeral Services will be held Friday January 9th at 12:00 Noon at Norway Lutheran Church 6321 Heg Park Road, Wind Lake, WI. Visitation IN CHURCH Friday 10-12. Burial in Norway Hill Cemetery following services. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Norway Lutheran Church or to the family.
