Ms Rena V. Bromund

Bromund, Rena V., age 92, of Burlington Wisconsin, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Burlington Rehabilitation Center on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. Rena was born in Benld, Illinois, the daughter of the late Catherine and Battista Sasso. Rena graduated high school near Benld. She moved to Chicago and it is there in 1952 that she married Carl Bromund who preceded her in death in 1992. She was a housewife and homemaker most of her life the couple moved to the Burlington area in 1962.
She is survived by her step-son: Homer Bromund, nieces: Kay Schoenherr , Sue Sirotti, Lisa(Rick) Schmidt, Nephews: Steven(Dot) Sasso and Gary(Christy) Sasso,along with her special friend and neighbor: Debi Coates of Burlington, other relatives and friends
Private family committal services will take place at Benld Cemetery in Illinois.
