Mr. Richard "Rick" Drallmeier

Drallmeier, Richard E., “Rick”, Age 53, of Rochester, passed away at home with his loving family by his side after a short battle with cancer. Rick was born in Prairie du Chien on February 7, 1958, the son of Eugene and Marlene (nee. Emerson) Drallmeier. He was a graduate of Stevens Point Area High School. On March 20, 1976 he married Cindy A. Baumeister at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Waterford. They resided in Waterford for many years and the past few years in Rochester. Rick was a CNC programmer for Grove Gear in Union Grove. He enjoyed his Harley and the rides with his family and friends. Just recently, he and his entire family took a road trip on the Harley’s to Michigan. It was a memorable trip for the entire family to cherish, Rick’s love for the open road! He thoroughly enjoyed his family, especially his grandkids. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years: Cindy, four children: Jason (Jennifer) Keith (Jen Carriker), Jessica, and Jared Drallmeier, six grandchildren: Trevon, Tyler, Ashley, Jena, Kiera and Addison. Father and Mother: Eugene and Marlene Drallmeier, brothers and sisters: Randy (Tami) Drallmeier, Lori Zarneke, Sheri (Douglas) Johnson, Ron (Theresa) Drallmeier. Mother-in-Law: Anna Marie Baumeister (J.R.), brothers and sisters-in-law: Darrel (Kathy) Baumeister, Dennis Baumeister, Beth (Jim) Herrmann, Lori (Glen) Sagert, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and countless friends further survive Rick. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Talia, maternal grandparents: Lloyd (Ann) Emerson, paternal grandparents: Ralph (Ione) Drallmeier, father-in-law: Cletus Baumeister, brothers and sisters-in-law: Larry Baumeister and Greg (Brenda) Baumeister. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, July 25th, 2011 at 7:00 PM at St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 307 South First Street, (Hwy 20) Waterford. Visitation will take place IN CHURCH on Monday from 2:00 until 6:30 PM. A Private family inurnment will take place at a later date at St.Thomas Cemetery.
