Dix, Rose J. (nee. Cramer) age 92 passed away peacefully on Sunday March 21, 2021 with loving family at her side. She was born in Waterford March 30, 1928 the daughter of the late William and Ida (nee. Ketterhagen) Cramer. She attended St. Thomas Graded School and was a graduate of Waterford High School. On May 29, 1948 she married Billy F. Dix who proceeded her in death on September 9, 2014. The couple owned Dix bus company where Rose worked in the office. She was a member of St. Thomas Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting blankets, spending time playing Bingo and just being on the go! Most of all she enjoyed time with her family. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Survived by four children: Sharon (Mike) Montour, Scott (Elaine), Michael (Sergio) and Craig Dix. Also survived by 11 grandchildren 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Billy, sons Nathan and James, Brothers and Sisters: William (Anna), Alvin, Joseph (Gladys), Loretta (Art) Henning, Agnes (Bob) Noll and Theresa (Ted) Jozwiak. Visitation Friday March 26, 2021 at St. Thomas Church 305 South First Street, Waterford, Wisconsin 53185 from 10 AM -11AM. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM. With burial in the church cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Thomas Church.
