Alphield (Tubby) Krogstad died January 16, 2024 (106 yr). She was born on March 31, 1917 in Wind Lake, WI and resided there her whole life. She graduated from Waterford High School. She spent her work life at Cutler-Hammer (now Eaton Corp) in Milwaukee. She was a long time committed member of Norway Lutheran Church in Wind Lake. She also enjoyed gardening, dusting, and celebrating her Norwegian heritage.

She was preceded in death by her parents Martin and Olga Krogstad, siblings Alf Krogstad, Ragna (Gabriel) Fries, Esther (Alfred M) Oldenburg, Bob Krogstad, Otto (Evelyn) Krogstad, Rachel (Chester) Alaxson, Ruth (Carlyle) Steinke, Olive Krogstad, Mardelle Krogstad, and very special friend Norman Leverenz. She is survived by extended family and friends.

Celebration of life is at 10:30 am on Monday, January 22, Norway Lutheran Church, 6321 Heg Park Rd, Wind Lake, WI 53185, visitation one hour prior to the service.

Memorials suggested for the upkeep of the Norway Lutheran Church cemetery.
