Brian Jerome (BJ) Keller, age 63, of Waukesha, WI, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 21st 2025.
He was born on 11-13-1962 in Milwaukee to Jerome and Susan Keller. He attended Milwaukee Lutheran High School (class of 1981), then worked at Pepsi Co. as a sales worker until retiring in January 2025.
Brian was a devoted family man whose greatest joy came from time spent with his children and grandchildren. He loved being present for the moments that mattered—sharing stories, laughter, and simple time together. Whether it was a quiet visit, a family gathering, or a day on the lake, he took pride in being a constant, caring presence and created memories his family will forever hold close. He also found joy in simple pleasures and time spent with others. What we enjoyed most about him was his quick wit, his love of music, and the way he could make everyday moments memorable. He especially loved being on the water, spending time on the Malibu Flightcraft and pulling skiers behind the boat. Those summer days on Razorback lake will always be cherished. He was also a devoted fan of the band Rush. Fittingly, he passed away on International Rush Day, December 21, a detail that reflected how meaningful their music was to him.
After a brief hospitalization of less than a month, he passed due to complications from organ failure and multiple myeloma. His death was sudden and deeply felt.
He is survived by his parents, Jerome and Susan Keller; his children, Jacob Keller (Kaylee), Corinne Miller (Kellen), and Justin Keller (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Grayson, Gryffin, Kenna, and Aelita; his brother Christopher (Amy), and his niece Ava Keller.
A private burial with close family will be held this summer at his plot in Sayner, Wisconsin. In keeping with his wishes, services will be simple and private.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
