Mrs. Carol Ann Hoppe

Hoppe, Carol A. age 79, of Waterford, passed away with loving family by her side on February 3, 2023. She was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin on October 14, 1943, the daughter of the late Thomas and Gladys (nee. Mamerow) Tymus. Carol’s family moved to Waterford where she graduated high school. Carol received her LPN and Registered Nurse licenses and worked in the health care field. She was also a farmer and loved to spend time on the family farm, caring for animals and tending to her colorful flower gardens. Watching football on T.V. was a passion of Carol’s, she would stop whatever she was doing to head in and catch the game. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Survived by three children, Cindy, Greg, and Dennis; grandchildren, Greggy, Jessica (Josh), Molly, Ryan (Dana), Deandre (David), Clayton (Natalie), Jaclyn (Josh), Beau, Gregory (Ashley), Jayden, and Cassie (Barry). Further survived by fourteen grandchildren, two brothers, Dave (Colleen), and Randy; other relatives, and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, son Tim, and brother Dick.
Memorial gathering on Saturday February 18, 2023, at Mealy Funeral Home from 10 AM-12 Noon. Services will begin at Noon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family, checks payable to Cindy Hoppe, for appropriate distribution to Carol’s favorite charities.
Carol’s family wishes to send a heartfelt “Thank You” to Carol’s close friends Donna, Brenda, and Kay, for their compassion and care these past few months for our dear Mom and Grandmother.
