Samios, Constantin age 86 of Waterford passed away at Linden Grove in Mukwonago on February 10, 2014. Born in Riga Latvia on June 5, 1927 he spent his early life in Latvia, Greece and Germany. He attended formal education schools in France and Switzerland. On September 1, 1962 he married Clarica Maln in Racine. Constantin was a Photo and Graphic Arts Director for Northern Indiana Public Service Company. Private family services will be held.
