Jeffrey S. Seemann

Seemann, Jeffrey S., longtime resident of Wind Lake/Waterford passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Aurora Mt. Pleasant Hospital at the age of 63.

Jeff was born on July 16, 1962, to Ralph and the late Sue Seemann. He was a lifelong resident of the Waterford and Wind Lake area and a proud graduate of Waterford High School.

Jeff had a passion for anything mechanical and fast. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing cars, snowmobiling, and spending time in the pits at car races. One of his favorite pastimes was working in the garage—building race cars, repairing snowmobiles, or fixing anything that needed attention. He had a remarkable talent for working with his hands and could fix just about anything.

Over the years, Jeff owned his own trucking company, and later followed his natural abilities into a career as a mechanic. Along the way, he built countless lasting friendships and was known for his easygoing nature and willingness to lend a hand.

Jeff will be remembered most for his kindness and generosity. He was always ready to help family, friends, and neighbors, and could always be counted on when someone needed him.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Mackenzie Wagner; his father, Ralph Seemann of Englewood, Florida; his sister and brother-in-law, Rodney and Vick Knapp; his grandson, Joshua; and many dear friends. He cherished his family deeply and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Sue, and his daughter, Ashley.

Jeff’s family extends their heartfelt thanks to his wonderful friends for their never-ending support and love.
