Proud grandma of Landon, Claire, Joseph and Mitchell. Beloved daughter of Carol (the late Terry) Neary. Dear sister of Shirley (Butch) Olson, the late Kenneth Neary and Tammy (Gary) Filbert. Life long best friend of Dean Serkowski. Julie is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial gathering will be held Friday, June 30, 2023 from 3PM-5PM at the COTTON EXCHANGE PLANTATION HALL (345 HICKORY HOLLOW RD. WATERFORD, WI 53185), with a memorial service to follow at 5PM.
