Randolph Gerald “Randy” Piper
Randolph Gerald “Randy” Piper, 81, of Tichigan, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Born June 26, 1944, to Charles and Barbara (Mihlsmer) Piper, he lived a life defined by hard work, kindness, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Randy married the love of his life, Mary Jo Dickinson, on October 18, 1969, in Shullsburg, Wisconsin. Together they built a beautiful life and shared nearly 57 years of love, laughter, and a lifetime of treasured moments.
He was the proud father of Scott, Tim, and Holly, and a cherished grandfather to Hayden, Chloe, Chase, Joanna, and Cora. Randy’s greatest joy was time spent with his family, especially on Tichigan Lake.
A dedicated craftsman, Randy worked at Woodlam Carpentry until his retirement in 2005. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing and was a longtime member of the Green Valley Sportsmen’s Club in Muskego, where he formed many lasting friendships.
To know Randy was to know his smile. He had a warm, welcoming presence and a gift for conversation. His humor and genuine interest in others brightened every room.
He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of his wife, children, grandchildren, extended family, and the many friends whose lives he touched.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”— Matthew 11:28.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
