Samantha "Sammi" Hart, age 29, passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2023. She was born on October 7, 1994 in Kenosha. Sammi was truly one of a kind, with her contagious laugh and glowing smile. She will surely never be forgotten.
She is survived by her mother, Deana (Brian) Balli; her father, Chris (Lenae) Hart; her siblings, Nick (Dani) Mukka, Mykal (Andy) Guerrero, Moises Guerrero II, and Jack Hart; her grandpa, Dean Horne; and many other relatives and friends.
Sammi was preceded in death by her biological father, Moises Guerrero; grandmother, Barbara Horne; and godmother, Lynnette Ludwig.
Visitation will be held 4PM-5:45PM Saturday, January 6, 2024 at MEALY-STENCEL FUNEAL HOME (225 W. Main St. Waterford, WI 53185), with a funeral service to follow at 6PM.
