Born to Eternal Life surrounded by his loving family Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the age of 73 years. Beloved husband of Terry for 47 years. Loving dad of Rodina (James) Mueller and Valerie (Ben) Slate. Proud grandpa of Cody (Stacie) Wozniak, Cheyenne Wozniak and Makenna Mueller. Brother of Sue (Mike) Lange, Dan Dommek, Patti (Dennis) Shearer, Bob (Claudio) Dommek, Jeanie (Steve) Bartell, Brother-in-law of Ciro Vitale. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Romain and Ethel Dommek and sister Chris Vitale. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorial visitation will be held 9AM-11:45AM Saturday, December 16 at Calvary Bible Church (W182S8470 Racine Ave. Muskego, WI 53150), with a memorial service to follow at 12PM.
In lieu of flower, memorials in Tom’s honor are appreciated to Calvary Bible Church Muskego, WI.
